According to seller feedback, the previous analytics dashboard was limited in the data it showed. It was not clear if a seller's inventory was performant, trending, likely to sell, stale, or in need of any optimizations. In an effort to guide sellers to taking action, we redesigned the analytics dashboards to provide more data and insights, contextualized to encourage action.
Redesign of new seller onboarding experience, accelerating account go-live time 2 weeks to 2 days.
